Chat Love: A social network provided to users as an Android application. It allows users to create profiles. The profile includes name, bio, gender, and a few photos. Chat Love also enables users to send private and group messages in real-time.
User: Any individual or entity who has installed the Chat Love application on their mobile phone or Android device or uses its services in any way.
We: From now on, Chat Love will be referred to as "we."
You: From now on, the user will be referred to as "you."
Others: Other users who use Chat Love.
Content: Any information, including text, images, and audio, entered by the user in Chat Love.
Terms and Conditions of Using Chat Love outline the conditions under which you use our services. The Privacy Policy is part of these conditions. Therefore, this Privacy Policy should be read alongside those terms.

We do not store your private messages sent in Chat Love on our servers. However, private messages that you have sent but have not yet been delivered to the recipient are stored on our servers and deleted once delivered.
We store messages you send in public Chat Love groups in a limited manner in temporary server memory.
Whenever you send media such as photos, videos, audio, or any files through private or public messages, we store these media or files on our servers and delete them after some time to save disk space.
To prevent spam and other forms of abuse or violations of Chat Love's terms, we may review content reported by other users.
We may collect data that reflects your behavior in the app.
Payments made to purchase credits in the app are processed by a third party, and your payment information is also handled by them.
When making a purchase, you enter your credit card details in a form provided by the payment processor, which processes the payment, and this information goes directly to the payment processor's server.
Since Chat Love does not store credit card details or transaction information, handling complaints or refunds is impossible for us.
Other users of our services with whom you wish to communicate and share specific information.
We may share your personal information with relevant authorities.
Chat Love has moderators who regularly review your profile information to prevent spam and violations by other users.
According to Chat Love's current policies, it is currently not possible to delete your account data from our servers.
You can delete your messages in private and public conversations.
